The Manitoba Rowing Association’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at 6 pm via Zoom. The AGM Agenda is linked here.

The following positions are up for election: Secretary, Vice President Administration and Vice President. Nominations for these positions must be sent to at least 15 days prior to the AGM – October 2, 2022.

Nominations must be accompanied by the candidate’s letter of agreement and the signature of at least one voting or two non-voting members. There will be no nominations allowed from the floor. The slate of candidates nominated will be distributed to all voting members at least 5 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Changes to the MRA Constitution will be addressed and voted on at the AGM. The draft Constitution (without markup) and (with markup) are linked.
